Student Affairs

The Office of Student Affairs oversees many areas of student life and serves as the primary advocate and ombudsperson for students. The office also manages the student conduct process. Students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to contact the office for help or referrals.

Activities outside the classroom and laboratory complement and enhance the university's central educational mission. Illinois Institute of Technology encourages all students to participate in athletics, student organizations, and professional societies. Students are also encouraged to take advantage of the cultural, educational, and recreational resources on campus, as well as in the Chicago area.
